My Story

I’ve always been passionate about supporting adults—especially those navigating life transitions.

But my career journey began in an unexpected place: working at a juvenile detention facility as a Correctional Probation Officer. That role taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of aligning my work with my values. Seeking a deeper connection to those values, I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to pursue a career in school counseling. Through eye-opening internships, I discovered my passion for career counseling in higher education.

As I progressed in the career services field, I found my niche working with non-traditional students—parents returning to school, career changers, and others charting new paths. Supporting this goal-oriented and ambitious population highlighted the value of coaching skills, which led me to hone my expertise in this area. I expanded my coaching toolkit further while leading a team of coaches at an EdTech company, where I gained exposure to diverse coaching styles and approaches.

During this journey, life threw me a curveball. A car accident left me in a skilled nursing facility, unable to walk for nearly three months. That experience was life-altering, shaking my perspective and providing clarity about what truly matters. Balancing personal fulfillment with societal and cultural expectations is an ongoing challenge, but it’s also what fuels my commitment to helping others create meaningful, value-aligned lives. With a rich background in empowering individuals through life transitions, I’m here to hold space for YOU—because your journey matters, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

When I'm not coaching, I love board games and jigsaw puzzles, getting competitive with NYT games, keeping my 5+ year streak on Duolingo, going to stand-up comedy shows, reading (especially historical fiction), exploring my city through tours or simply walking around and wandering into random shops, collecting recipes (and sometimes making them), and spending time with family and friends.
